Founder & Program Director
Founder — Good Deeds Foundation
Millie Ratliff
Building Pathways to Opportunity Through Education, Empowerment & Community Connection

Millie Ratliff brings decades of experience in humanitarian service, case management, childcare, tax preparation, accounting, and business management. Currently pursuing legal studies, she combines professional expertise with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by immigrants, refugees, low-income families, seniors, and other underserved populations.

As Founder and Program Director of Good Deeds Foundation, Millie's vision is simple: every individual deserves access to the knowledge, resources, and opportunities needed to thrive. She is passionate about breaking down barriers through economic empowerment, financial literacy, adult education, digital literacy, and workforce readiness programs.

Recognizing that technology increasingly shapes daily life, Millie champions initiatives that help older adults and newcomers gain confidence using computers, mobile applications, online job portals, AI tools, and essential digital services. From employment preparation and driver's license resources to immigration referrals and community navigation, she works to ensure that no one is left behind because of language, technology, or financial barriers.

Millie believes that empowering one individual strengthens an entire family, and empowering a family strengthens an entire community. Through Good Deeds Foundation, she continues to build bridges that connect people to opportunity, dignity, and lasting self-sufficiency.
