🔧 Skills Restoration

Workforce Skills Restoration & Microenterprise

Many participants arrive with expertise in trades — tailoring, hair styling, automotive repair — but face barriers due to language limitations and lack of credential recognition. We change that.

Our program provides culturally and linguistically accessible training in participants' primary languages. In-house workshops are equipped with sewing machines, hair braiding equipment, and automotive repair tools — serving as both training environments and operational service centers.

Graduates contribute to ongoing service delivery within the organization — creating a sustainable, community-based model that promotes economic independence and dignity through meaningful employment.
